Our induction programme gives you a perfect start and includes the welcome meeting, a personal induction plan and a mentor, who helps you become familiar with all the administrative and organisational processes. Not to mention our company's practices and values.
Personnel development
Whether you are joining us as an apprentice, an experienced skilled worker or a manager: we believe it's important for you to continually develop. The typical Hansgrohe hands-on spirit is also reflected in the company's personnel development. We plan individual development stages with you and invest in your future. This might involve talent management, trainee programmes or leadership development. You can make progress through internal and external training options, and we also fund other training, qualifications or certification.
Jobticket (commuter ticket)
Would you like to make do without a car? If so, we can support you with a subsidised Jobticket, which you can use to take the bus and train between home and work. Not only does this benefit you, it helps the environment as well. Particularly since we have engaged in intensive discussions with the transportation companies to develop timetables that suit our shift times. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the Jobticket also entitles you to bring along an additional adult plus all your children under 15 years of age, free of charge.

Profit-sharing bonuses
