Hansgrohe's trainee programme can set you up ideally for the specific field that you are aiming for. You will gain in-depth knowledge of your future core duties and day-to-day business procedures – through active collaboration, which becomes increasingly independent. You will also get involved in some challenging projects. We make sure that you broaden your horizons. Therefore, depending on the field and relevance, you may also get some experience at one of our subsidiaries abroad. You will also spend time in key associated departments. This offers you a change of perspective, adding to your pool of experience and expanding your network.

On your first day, we invite you and other new employees to our welcome meeting. During the first few weeks, you go through a structured induction programme, when you find out lots of useful information about our company, our products, customers and processes. A mentor from the Human Resources department will support you throughout the trainee programme. In each department, a supervisor also looks after you personally. This person coaches you and gives you valuable feedback. Regular trainee get-togethers offer you the opportunity to establish contacts.

You should also be able to impress our team with your communicative and winning personality. We expect you to have completed your studies with really good results, to already have some experience abroad and to have a good command of the English language.
