During the world's leading trade fair for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology from March 13-17, 2023, the Black Forest-based manufacturer of sanitary products welcomed more than 59,000 guests to Frankfurt's Festhalle, according to its own estimates. On 2,000 square meters, the Hansgrohe Group presented innovations from its brands AXOR and hansgrohe, and showcased holistic bathroom concepts. A crowd magnet was Hansgrohe's "Green Vision Beyond Water: Rethinking Bathroom Culture" - the concept study of a bathroom with a 90 percent reduction in water and energy consumption, and thus also 90 Percent less CO2-emissions.

The visitors, but also the entire Hansgrohe trade fair team, were thrilled to finally meet and exchange ideas in person again. The mood of optimism was reflected in particular by the Hansgrohe trade fair motto - 'Celebrate Change'. The company celebrated the time of change at its trade fair booth and, for the first time in its history, presented a product portfolio expanded to include sanitary ceramics and bathroom furniture under the premium brand, hansgrohe. The ISH counted a total of 154,000 visitors during the five day fair. Thousands of them also made extensive use of the opportunity to explore the new products directly on site in Frankfurt's Festhalle. Parallel to the tours on the booth, there were numerous events for sanitary professionals and journalists. 640 Hansgrohe customer club members were invited over two days to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Hansgrohe iClub. During a breakfast and lunch, they learned more about the product range extensions in an exclusive setting. There was a lively atmosphere at two evening booth parties with live music. During the "Green Hour" press briefing, selected journalists learned about Hansgrohe's sustainability strategy. AXOR organized an exclusive event for architects, designers and media representatives at the "Roomers" bar in Frankfurt. The Hansgrohe trade fair booth was also a special highlight for well-known design partners, such as Parisian creator Philippe Starck and Jay Osgerby from the London design duo Barber & Osgerby.

Two Special Trains Filled with Hansgrohe Team Spirit

Not only thousands of professionals from the sanitary industry paid a visit to the Hansgrohe booth, but also 1,200 Hansgrohe employees from the company's sites in Offenburg and Schiltach. They took the opportunity to travel to the ISH in Frankfurt on two special trains organized by Hansgrohe on Friday, March 17, 2023. Since 1989, Hansgrohe has offered its employees the opportunity to visit their trade fair booth in Frankfurt on the last day of the trade fair with the legendary Hansgrohe ISH train. The atmosphere is always exceptional, as colleagues from a wide variety of departments and areas meet here. "The positive response from our customers and the enthusiasm of the entire Hansgrohe team after these five days at the trade fair is a great motivation for all of us," CEO Hans Jürgen Kalmbach summarizes. "I would like to thank everyone – also on behalf of the entire Executive Board – for their tireless efforts and incredible commitment before, during and after the ISH."
