Hansgrohe Anniversary Evening at Europa-Park
Hansgrohe Group Honors Long-Standing Employees and Celebrates with 800 Guests in Rust
Schiltach, in November 2024. Hansgrohe, the manufacturer of bathroom and kitchen fittings from Schiltach, invited its long-standing employees and company retirees, as well as their partners to a celebration to thank them for their commitment for 25, 40, and in some cases, even 50 years of service. The Hansgrohe anniversary evening has been a tradition for years. More than 800 guests accepted the invitation again this year and traveled to Rust by bus or on their own on November 9. Hans Jürgen Kalmbach, Chairman of the Executive Board, welcomed the participants to the Europa-Park Arena. He also thanked all those celebrating anniversaries for their commitment on behalf of his colleagues on the Executive Board: "Today we are honoring 124 long-serving employees for a total of 3,380 years of service. Their loyal commitment is at the heart of our company's success, our team spirit and our attractiveness as an employer. Our honorees have spent a long part of their lives working alongside Hansgrohe and have acquired a wealth of expertise. Their wealth of experience and personal skills are among the most important success factors of our company." At Hansgrohe, one can experience how overarching team spirit, tolerance and joint efforts not only create material values, but also a community. In the current difficult market environment, it is important for both the company and its employees to adapt to changes at ever shorter intervals. "Adaptability and flexibility are becoming increasingly important," says Hans Jürgen Kalmbach. "Hansgrohe will shape the future with determination and build on the achievements of the past years with courage and confidence. Our company and the entire team all have the prerequisites to face this environment successfully."
The audience followed the entertaining films in which the main characters of the evening, the honorees of 2023 and 2024, gave entertaining accounts of their personal experiences at Hansgrohe during their working years. A festive menu, as well as music and dancing, accompanied the celebrations. Hans Jürgen Kalmbach thanked the organization team for the excellent preparation of this event: "You have prepared an atmospheric celebration and a joyful reunion with numerous long-time friends. Thank you very much for that."
