Hansgrohe Group Thanks Employees with a COVID-19 Bonus

Recognizing Employees Worldwide: Three Million Euros
Schiltach, December 2020. The Executive Board of the Hansgrohe Group has decided to pay out a COVID-19 bonus at the end of the year to all employees worldwide. The Black Forest-based global player in the sanitary industry appreciates the extraordinary commitment by its over 4,700 employees during the pandemic. "Our colleagues at all Hansgrohe locations worldwide reacted very flexibly and with great commitment to the new situation and the challenging working conditions," says Hans Juergen Kalmbach, Chairman of the Executive Board. "Our primary objective was, and is, to protect the health of all Hansgrohe employees and their families. At the same time, we managed to maintain normal operations. We were able to supply and serve all our customers with the usual Hansgrohe service". The Hansgrohe Group is therefore rewarding the outstanding performance of its national and international teams with three million Euros. "Despite all the adverse circumstances, this impressive team performance has enabled us to secure Hansgrohe's success, and ultimately, also our jobs," says the Hansgrohe CEO. "My colleagues on the Executive Board and I are delighted that this COVID-19 bonus enables us to thank all our employees. We are convinced that with our Hansgrohe team spirit we will also master future challenges.
