Frank Semling stays with the Executive Board for five more years

The Supervisory Board of Hansgrohe SE has unanimously extended Frank Semling’s contract early until the end of 2024.
Schiltach, January 2019. The Supervisory Board of Hansgrohe SE has unanimously extended the contract with Frank Semling early for five years until the end of 2024. The contract extension is official on January 1, 2020. Frank Semling (52) is, and will continue to be, Chief Digital Officer and Labor Director. Frank Semling has over 30 years of experience at Hansgrohe; with his realm of responsibility he has contributed sustainably to the successful development of our company. After his studies in Business Information Systems and Business Administration at the Business Academy Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany in the 80s, Frank Semling began his career at Hansgrohe within the IT department – this led him to assume various managerial positions, including Head of Controlling and Business Planning, Head of Business Processes and IT, as well as Deputy Executive Board Member. He was responsible for the introduction and implementation of several crucial Controlling and IT systems. In 2010, he became Member of the Executive Board at Hansgrohe SE. In the meantime Frank Semling is Chief Digital Officer and Labor Director and in this role responsible for Customer & Logistics Services, Procurement Services, HR & IT Services, as well as for the digital transformation of the company. “We look forward to continuing our successful collaboration with Frank Semling in the coming years”, said Klaus F.
