Water Specialist Teams up with Recreation Specialist

Hansgrohe brings the beauty of water to Europa-Park
Schiltach/Rust November 2019. Europa-Park visitors can expect to enjoy an unforgettable water experience: From 28 November 2019 Germany’s largest theme park teams up with Hansgrohe for Rulantica – Europa-Park’s new water world – and its new four-star superior Krønasår Hotel, which opened just recently.

The partnership between Hansgrohe and Europe-Park in Rust, currently the world’s best rated theme park, has existed for many years. The park now has six hotels, all of them equipped with AXOR and hansgrohe brand products. In 2010, “Lítill Island – Hansgrohe Children’s Water Playground” opened in the park’s Island section and has been delighting young visitors from around the world ever since.

Water world “Rulantica”

The new Rulantica water world with its 25 exciting attractions, including 17 water slides and a huge wave pool is directly connected to the Krønasår Hotel by a bridge. Like the hotel, the new project will be themed to the legendary sagas of the north. As of 28 November 2019, water lovers of all ages will be able to meet the beauty of water in the shower areas. Innovative hansgrohe spray modes such as RainAir and PowderRain will let visitors enjoy an unforgettable shower experience.

The two round showers equipped with shower heads of the new Rainfinity range are another highlight. Visitors can delight in a very special shower experience; thanks to its microfine and ultra-quiet PowderRain spray mode, Rainfinity offers deep relaxation for demanding wellness and design aficionados.

In the changing rooms and the hallways, visitors can also discover the highlights of Hansgrohe’s company history with pictures and historical treasures from the Hansgrohe archives.

Krønasår – The Museum Hotel

Europa-Park is famous for its exciting theme worlds and roller coasters. But the award-winning theme park also plays an important role in the hotel business. Its sixth theme hotel, the four-star superior Krønasår, opened its doors to guests from all over the world on 31 May 2019. The hotel complex boasts Scandinavian design and can accommodate 1,300 guests; it also invites them enjoy and meet the beauty of water in its bathrooms. All 304 rooms and suites as well as its public areas are equipped with more than 1,000 Hansgrohe company products, including faucets and showerpipes from the AXOR Montreux collection as well as the AXOR LampShower. A successful symbiosis: water specialist meets recreation specialist.

Unforgettable Water Experiences

This gigantic extension will attract even more visitors to the theme park in southern Germany’s Upper Rhine Plain. In Rulantica alone, Europa-Park expects up to 700,000 guests in its first year. They will be able to experience our products in this new water world and in the Krønasår’s relaxing bathrooms.
