Our Corporate Influencer Program provides direct insights into the company through our colleagues. Whether on company developments, sustainability projects or product innovations – our water enthusiasts share their stories and expertise. This creates real, credible insights into the world of the Hansgrohe Group and its brands AXOR and hansgrohe.

The Executive Board laid the foundation for the corporate influencer program. Aware of their role model function, they started active communication on LinkedIn in spring of 2021. This was followed in the fall by the first batch of employees who wanted to actively report on what they do for the Hansgrohe Group.
They were and are supported in their communicative efforts by Corporate Communications with ongoing training, sparring and further development opportunities. Always with a focus on helping them to tell their own stories in their own words. Always individually. Always on a voluntary basis. Our corporate influencers decide for themselves what, when and how they communicate.
From a University Student to CEO
The Corporate Influencer Program is open to all our colleagues – regardless of their position, professional experience or length of service.
There are many colleagues from different areas of the company, who talk about their work and our company, primarily on LinkedIn, but also on the stage, in panel talks, or in podcasts.
