General tips for applicants

How can I apply to Hansgrohe?

Once you have found a suitable position, please click "Apply." Then you can fill out our application form or upload your resume directly as a file or from your Dropbox. If you choose the "Upload resume" variant, your data will be parsed and pre-filled to the application form. Please understand that we only accept applications submitted online.

Can I still apply for an advertised vacancy that has been online for a long time?

The vacancies advertised on our homepage are always up-to-date. Once a vacancy is filled, it no longer appears online. We look forward to receiving your application!

What can I do if I have entered incorrect data or would like to submit documents later on?

If you have entered your e-mail address incorrectly or haven’t received an acknowledgment of receipt, please contact the appropriate contact partner by phone. If you wish to submit documents later on, you can send them in the form of a reply to the confirmation e-mail. Please note that you will not receive login details to log in again.

When can I expect a response?

Our recruiting team and the respective Department are reviewing all incoming applications individually. Afterwards, we will inform you about the further steps in the application process. Please understand that the time required to generate a response may vary depending on the position.

What happens to my personal data?

Your documents will only be made available to persons directly involved in the application process. These include, for example, the responsible recruiter, the Human Resources Consultant and, of course, the department to which you are applying. It goes without saying that we will treat your application confidentially, protect your data from unauthorized access and not pass it on. Please also take note of the information on our Privacy Policy.

Application tips for professionals & graduates

What do I need to include in my application, and what documents should I submit?
In order to carefully review your application, we need an up-to-date resume and references on your most recent work and education. We would be delighted to receive a personal cover letter stating your motivation for the change of position.

What is the application process for professionals and graduates at Hansgrohe?
If you have convinced us with your profile, you will receive an invitation to a first interview. The aim of this interview is to get to know each other. We will take the opportunity to learn more about you, and you will have a chance to explore the advertised vacancy and Hansgrohe as an employer in greater detail. If both sides remain interested, a second interview will follow. There, you can demonstrate your presentation skills and delve into certain topics in greater depth. If you are able to master this step successfully as well, it will be our pleasure to offer you a position.

Application tips for students

What do I need to include in my application, and what documents should I submit?
Even if today everything is submitted electronically: For us a complete application consists of a cover letter, resume, current transcript of grades, a certificate of enrollment and an excerpt of the requirements of your degree program. The requirements of your degree program will give us an indication of how many days of classroom attendance you have available for the practical semester or your final thesis.

How does the application procedure for students work?
All incoming applications are reviewed by our recruiters, and an interview is planned after consultation with the respective departments. Whether it’s a Skype, phone or personal interview, our main goal is to get to know you as a person along with your skills. And if everything fits? Then you will be notified by phone whether you will have an opportunity to assist Hansgrohe with your new ideas in the future.

Application tips for pupils

What do I need to include in my application, and what documents should I submit?
Even if today everything is submitted electronically: For us, a complete application consists of a cover letter, the applicant’s resume and his or her two most recent school reports. Naturally, we realize that pupils do not have a very long resume yet, and that’s why we are all the more interested in your cover letter – where we invite you to demonstrate your motivation for the vocational training, dual degree program or pupils’ internship. If you already have documentation of internships or certificates of volunteer work, please include these with your application.

How does the application procedure for pupils work?
All incoming applications are reviewed by our recruiters, and an interview is planned after consultation with the respective departments. The interview is held in our training center, the Hansgrohe Talentschmiede. Two interviewers and a relaxed atmosphere await you there. Plan around 45 to 60 minutes for the interview, because we want to get acquainted with you. Immediately after the job interview, we will let you know when you can expect a decision – in any event, we will contact you by phone.

Applications for pupils’ internships are also be reviewed by our recruiters, and we consult with the department of interest to try to make the pupils’ internship possible for you. Pupils’ internships are not preceded by an interview.
