Frank Semling Remains a Member of the Executive Board for Five More Years

Supervisory Board of Hansgrohe SE Unanimously Extends Frank Semling's Contract Early Until the End of 2029

Schiltach, February 2024. At its first meeting of the year, on January 31, 2024, the Supervisory Board of Hansgrohe SE unanimously extended the contract of the Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board and Chief Operations Officer, Frank Semling, ahead of schedule by another five years until the end of 2029. The contract extension takes effect from January 1, 2025, meaning that Frank Semling (57) is and will remain Chief Operations Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Frank has more than thirty years of Hansgrohe experience and has contributed to the company's sustained successful development with his area of responsibility. He began his professional career at Hansgrohe at the end of the 1980s after completing his studies in business informatics/business administration, holding various management positions as Head of Controlling and Business Planning, Head of Corporate Functions, Business Processes and IT, as well as Deputy Member of the Executive Board. He has been a member of the Executive Board since 2010 and is responsible for customer, logistics and procurement services as Chief Operations Officer.
