Hansgrohe PRO Video Service

Excellent and Fast Digital Problem Solving for Sanitary Professionals

Schiltach, June 2023. Who doesn't know those tricky situations when nothing moves forward because an urgently needed spare part is missing. Or, you're standing on the construction site and in this special case the assembly just doesn't want to work. Now a good advice from a colleague would be valuable. Even better: why not have a professional from the manufacturer’s side look over your shoulder for a moment? No problem with Hansgrohe - simply start a video call to the pro service and get professional help. The Hansgrohe PRO Video Service expands the digital service offering at Hansgrohe. The Black Forrest-based company is thus also responding to the demand for digital tools that relieve the workload of employees at the sanitary partner's plants.

Hansgrohe Video Chat – No Additional App Needed

Speed and simplicity are the hallmarks of the PRO Video Service. After contacting the Technical Service Center at Hansgrohe, one of the addressed master plumbers sends a link directly to the smartphone. After opening the link, a video and audio connection to the pro service is conveniently established. The live connection enables precise and rapid troubleshooting. The trained SHK master craftsmen also find spare parts even faster thanks to one-to-one communication with image transmission. "Sometimes customers have a product in front of them and don't know which model it is. It's then time for us to take a quick look. That reduces mail traffic and saves nerve cells," says Sofie Zeller, Project Manager PRO Video Service at Hansgrohe, adding, "But even with more complex problems, for example if something has been installed incorrectly, we can quickly identify the error and guide the customer through the repair." Both sides thus save valuable time and money. The fact that this service is literally excellent is also confirmed by the honor of this year's "Best of SHK Award" from SI trade magazine in the B2B.Digital division. The PRO Video Service is available Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

More Digital Tools

Digital helpers provide time relief and create capacities for personal conversations. This is also the case with the chatbot "Hans". The communication channel is controlled via artificial intelligence and thus learns after each request. After more than 10,000 inquiries, "Hans" has learned a lot. "As a partner to the sanitary trade, we see it as our duty to offer every person seeking advice the exact service they need quickly and without complications. We have invested where we would like to support our partners even more intensively - in their daily work with our products," explains Mara Pristl, Consultant Sales & Service Excellence at Hansgrohe. The chatbot "Hans" helps with questions about products, shows videos on cleaning, assists with spare parts or supports the search for specialist partners. If the chatbot gets stuck, service employees in the office take over to find a solution quickly and competently. Hansgrohe also supports the recruitment of specialists with another clever digital tool. Hansgrohe Applicant Management, part of PROMarketing Services, helps sanitary companies digitize their application process. With just a few clicks, the tool provides ready-made job ads. The ads can be customized and are displayed in parallel on various online job portals. This guarantees a high reach of the job ad and potential applicants can apply easily and intuitively via the online mask.
