Hansgrohe dankt seinen Mitarbeitenden mit Erfolgsprämie

Special Recognition for all Hansgrohe Employees Worldwide: 3.7 Million Euros

Schiltach, January 2023. The Executive Board of Hansgrohe SE has decided to pay all employees around the world a bonus for the 2022 fiscal year. In this way, the shower and faucet manufacturer from the Black Forest thanks its employees, who now number more than 5,400, for their extraordinary commitment over the past year. "At all Hansgrohe sites, our colleagues have reacted very flexibly and with great commitment to the not entirely easy conditions in 2022," says Hans Jürgen Kalmbach, Chairman of the Executive Board. "Despite disrupted supply chains, high energy prices and the ongoing effects of the pandemic, they delivered top performance to ensure that we were able to supply and serve our customers with the usual Hansgrohe service. We look back on another very successful fiscal year.

" In total, the Hansgrohe Group rewards the outstanding performance of its national and international teams with 3.7 million euros. "We have excellently mastered all positive and negative challenges. Through this impressive team performance, we are ensuring Hansgrohe's success in the long term," says the Hansgrohe CEO. "My colleagues on the Executive Board and I are pleased that we can thank all our employees with this bonus." In Germany, this bonus for employees is in addition to the collectively agreed inflation compensation bonus.
