Schiltach/Würzburg, December 2021. What do a skilled weaver from the Black Forest and a weaver's son from Unterallgäu have in common? Today, both look back on successful life's work and are the namesakes of innovative brands that are rethinking the future of personal care rituals in the bathroom. Hans Grohe and Sebastian Kneipp set the pace for the young industry of private home baths. Clothier Hans Grohe's passion for the (cool) wet led to the founding of his company in the Black Forest. With the invention of sustainable technologies and forward-looking products, such as the first resource-saving hand shower or the first shower bar, he repeatedly set new standards for the further development of the bathroom. This green tinkerer's heart has also been retained by the premium brand hansgrohe. The brand developed RainTunes, a novel, multi-sensory shower experience that today already immerses us in the digital shower world of the future. Sebastian Kneipp created a holistic health philosophy from his love of water, based on the healing power of the element. The priest and naturopath from Bad Wörishofen received international recognition for his health promoting Kneipp casts and water treatments. His legacy gave rise to Kneipp®, a traditional brand for innovative care products with natural ingredients.

This year, premium brand hansgrohe and traditional brand Kneipp® announced a partnership to continue working together on the holistic shower experience of the future. The partnership focuses on people, their health and their individual needs and wishes for daily care rituals in the bathroom. Therefore, for different times of the day and moods, this retreat must adapt individually. Together, hansgrohe and Kneipp® are now cracking the code for a happy start to the day: the hansgrohe shower scenario "Good Morning", accessible via the hansgrohe home app, and the caring aroma showers "Joie de vivre" and "Be free, crazy and happy!" from Kneipp® ensure a holistic, sensual happiness shower. The combination of activating care and the hansgrohe shower turns the morning dip into the water into a vitalizing experience. The cooperation is also visible for the first time at the point of sale: a direct download link to the hansgrohe home app is integrated on the environmentally friendly packaging of the product set via a printed QR code. This is how the day can start!
