André Wehrhahn supports Hansgrohe as CFO

New Chief Financial Officer joins the company on October 1
Schiltach, September 2021. The Executive Board of Hansgrohe SE is complete again with the arrival of André Wehrhahn (51) as Chief Financial Officer on October 1, 2021. The previous Chief Financial Officer, Reinhard Mayer (53), moved to a public listed company in Denmark on May 31, 2021, so that the Chairman of the Executive Board, Hans Jürgen Kalmbach (46), had taken over the duties of CFO on an interim basis.

André Wehrhahn, who has a degree in business administration, has 18 years of experience in controlling and finance and was CFO at Faber Castell AG for the last three years. André Wehrhahn previously held this position at KAP AG and before that at REHAU. There as CFO for the EURASIA region and later as CFO for the Automotive Division, so the experienced manager also has international and cross-industry expertise. "We are delighted that with André Wehrhahn we are able to gain such an accomplished and also internationally experienced financial expert for Hansgrohe. With his entry, we are not only strengthening the Finance division, but also completing the Executive Board again. The entire Supervisory Board is already looking forward to the professional and trusting cooperation with Mr. Wehrhahn," explains Klaus F. Jaenecke, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Wehrhahn, who was born in Lower Saxony, is 51 years old and plans to move to the Black Forest with his wife and their three children.

As a result, the Executive Board of Hansgrohe SE once again consists of four members. Frank Semling (54), remains a member of the Executive Board as Chief Operations Officer and Labor Director, as does Christophe Gourlan (49) as Chief Sales Officer. Hans Jürgen Kalmbach also remains unchanged as CEO Chairman of the Executive Board, which André Wehrhahn now completes as CFO.
