As one of the largest employers and training companies in the region, Hansgrohe SE, headquartered in Schiltach, has once again put its in-house training to the test. Thus, in January 2022, the company once again received the "Best Place to Learn" award. The Hansgrohe talent factory - The best place to learn

"Despite the Corona pandemic and the loss of many personal contacts, we have once again increased the quality of training compared to the result of 2018, when we were awarded the seal for the first time," says Clarissa Lehmann, Head of Training and University Marketing Hansgrohe SE. The total of 314 respondents included Hansgrohe apprentices from all apprenticeship years, former apprentices who graduated no more than three years ago, as well as Hansgrohe trainers and training officers. They evaluated various areas of training, such as company integration, professional learning or trainer behavior. The certification was carried out by Aubi- plus GmbH, an independent service provider. "

Our Hansgrohe Talentschmiede team is delighted with the exceptionally good results," says Clarissa Lehmann. "However, we also participate in the certification in order to continuously improve our training. That's why our training team is analyzing all the suggestions and points of criticism that were revealed in this survey. This is the only way we can further optimize processes and offer our young talents an even better start to their careers.

Best Place to Learn - apprenticeships still open for the start of training in 2022/2023
